Fitzleroi Barn Wedding Film

Fitzleroi Barn Wedding Film

A gorgeous family run wedding venue. Including a 400 year old barn for your ceremony and wedding breakfast.

Fitzleroi Wedding Barn has some stunning views over the West Sussex countryside as shown by the opening shots in this video.

I would typically arrive at a wedding venue nice and early making sure I have plenty of time to soak up the atmosphere and start filming the small details and the gorgeous views.

It was a hot Summers day but with a cool breeze. The field of corn was alive with noisy creatures improvising their own symphony, perhaps celebrating how hot it was!

There were many personal touches to this wedding. As the couple are part of a Choir, they had beautiful music & singing during the wedding ceremony. After the wedding both the Bride and Groom joined the Choir for an impromptu performance for the guests whilst drinks were being served.

Plus, they had the sweetest guard of honour I've seen after their ceremony comprised of children from their local Brownie group for which they are both leaders.

There was no traditional cake but a phenomenal "explosive cookie/cake fusion" provided by

The Crumby Bakery which had to be seen to be believed.

To relax and stay refreshed during the long warm evening reception the couple had organised a visit from the local ice-cream parlour in Haslemere, Dylan's Ice Cream. Handmade ice creams with flavours that change with the seasons.

Photography was provided by the talented Emmelina Stork Wedding and Portrait Photography who was very organised and approached the day with an impressive creative flare.

This couple had booked me quite last minute, stating, "We don’t want anything extravagant, just a little video we can show our future kids!"

I love this documentary approach, filming with a mind to capture all the small details as a historical record for generations to come. I captured enough footage to make a 3 hour Documentary of the day which included full ceremony and speeches and plenty in between. The couple also had a 5 minute Highlights edit to summarise their day.

My intention and approach is to stay in the background and capture the day as it unfolds. If you are getting married and would like to have your wedding filmed get in touch.
